Visualization of classic literature

About

During my bachelor's thesis, I worked on a concept aimed at making access to literary works more appealing in the educational context. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the necessary didactic theories and concepts for this purpose. The specific implementation was done in the form of a visually interactive companion book called 'LEKTÜREKOMPASS' using E. T. A. Hoffmann's 'The Golden Pot' as an example. 

Description of LEKTÜREKOMPASS

Synopsys

The 'LEKTÜREKOMPASS' combines informative elements of a literature guide with interactive elements of a workbook. The focus lays on imparting a comprehensive understanding of 'The Golden Pot'.

• Interactive exercises guide the reader through the entire plot of 'The Golden Pot'
• Visual elements and illustrated scenes bring Hoffmann's work to life 
• Additional background knowledge fills any gaps in understanding
• Space for personal thoughts and different interpretation approaches
